A Cross of Honour with Swords for Combatants (Das Weltkriegs-Ehrenkreuz 1914/18 für Frontkämpfer), issued in 1934.

The Cross in brass plated iron is complete with its ribbon and is maker marked on the rear C.Th.D over (D in House) - Carl Theodor Dicke, Lüdenscheid.
