The Cross comes with its Award Certificate with an original signature of Wilhelm Wimmer (1889-1973) who was Der Kommandierende General und Befehlshaber i. Luftgau Belgien und Nordfrenkreich (General der Flieger, commanding general and commander in the air district of Belgium and northern France (Luftgau Headquarters)).
